DEATH SENTENCE

In most abominable, dastardly, gruesome killing of hapless children of Nithari, the demonic duo have already earned notoriety. I do not even wish to mention their names. This yet again under scores the need to retain the death sentence in the Indian Penal Code which may be argued as anachronistic and antediluvian in ways more than one.
One does not require any special jurisprudence to reason that the Nithari case is a fit case of not only the rarest of rare cases but also the cruelest of the cruel warranting severest of severe punishment. No psychological interpretation of the sexually deviant personality can be adequate to disprove the crime and the enormity of the dastardly acts committed by the duo for months together.
